De Anza Appliance’s field technicians and office associates are all fully vaccinated against COVID-19. De Anza Appliance takes public safety and the health and wellness of their team members, customers, and partners seriously.

The De Anza Team will continue to work safely in the home, abiding by current Santa Clara County Health Department and CDC recommendations. Team members will continue arrive to customer’s home and worksites with mask and gloves, maintain social distance, and provide additional cleaning measures upon completion of diagnostic or repair of appliances. In the office team members will maintain masking unless in a room or their workstation alone and respect social distancing whenever possible.

Appliance technicians and office associates will self-attest daily their wellness. If there are COVID-like symptoms team members will use Sick Leave or work-from-home if available and get tested. Associates will return to work once they receive a negative test result or, if positive, quarantine for two weeks after their symptoms abate. De Anza Appliance requests customers who are ill to self attest their health and to schedule appointments when households are healthy.
