De Anza Appliance earns the Preferred Service Provider with Electrolux and Frigidaire for warranty support and appliance repair. Recently Electrolux’s team needed extended partnership in the Bay Area’s Peninsula area and expanded cities to include Atherton, Belmont, Burlingame, Emerald Hills, Foster City, Hillsborough Menlo Park, Millbrae, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Carlos, San Mateo, and Woodside.
Preferred appliance service status allows De Anza Appliance to schedule warranty appliance repair appointments directly from clients for Electrolux and Frigidaire warranty in service markets stretching from San Bruno and Milpitas to South San Jose and Gilroy during the initial manufacturer’s warranty.
To schedule Electrolux or Frigidaire first year warranty repair, customers provide proof of purchase to their dispatcher. Valid proof of appliance purchases could include a sales receipt or delivery receipt. If a customer just purchased or moved into a residence, escrow, lease agreement documents, or formal letter from a contractor showing completion date of a product also validates Electrolux and Frigidaire warranty. If all else fails the date of manufacture is embedded within the serial code and can use that to establish appliance warranties.
Electrolux covers any mechanical or electrical defect within the appliance for the first year of ownership on most product warranties. Cosmetic damage, customer education, household connections, and installation corrections are covered for the first seven days of ownership. If there are ever questions about what is or is not covered, clients can refer to their use and care manual or ask De Anza Appliance’s customer dispatch team prior to scheduling.
