All appliances have a brand name and on the front of the unit but this is not the model number the manufacturers use. Most manufacturer model numbers consist of letters, numbers, dashes and dots.
It is important to record the exact number from the model number/serial number tag on the appliance. Identification numbers on sales receipts, shipping boxes and energy guide stickers usually contain only partial model numbers and may cause incorrect parts to be ordered. Do not use these sources to obtain your model number. Use and care manuals are not a good way to find your model number. These booklets are produced to cover several different models and there is no way of identifying which model number is for your appliance.
Once you find your model number you can call our office at (408) 996-9111 to schedule appliance repairĀ or use our Schedule an Appointment Form to leave your contact information via email.
