De Anza Appliance’s field technicians and office associates are all fully vaccinated against COVID-19. De Anza Appliance takes public safety and the health and wellness of their team members, customers, and partners seriously.

The De Anza Team will continue to work safely in the home, abiding by current Santa Clara County Health Department and CDC recommendations. Team members will continue arrive to customer’s home and worksites with mask and gloves, maintain social distance, and provide additional cleaning measures upon completion of diagnostic or repair of appliances. In the office team members will maintain masking unless in a room or their workstation alone and respect social distancing whenever possible.

Appliance technicians and office associates will self-attest daily their wellness. If there are COVID-like symptoms team members will use Sick Leave or work-from-home if available and get tested. Associates will return to work once they receive a negative test result or, if positive, quarantine for two weeks after their symptoms abate. De Anza Appliance requests customers who are ill to self attest their health and to schedule appointments when households are healthy.

De Anza Appliance’s web presence with Angie’s List began in 2005. With 152 reviews, including 128 A ratings to date, De Anza Appliance continues to provide customer focused appliance repair service for Angie’s List members.

In 2020 De Anza Appliance received 15 new reviews, 14 A rated. Angie’s List scores reviews on Price, Professionalism, Punctionality, Quality and Responsiveness. In 2020 De Anza Appliances new aggregate included A’s in Professionalism, Punctionality, Quality, and Responsivness.

In 2020 De Anza Appliance became factory authorized for the Middleby corporation’s suite of residential appliances including Aga, Lynx, and Viking receiving training and support on new luxury brands for appliance service. In addition to building brand presence De Anza Applianced increased service territories to Southern Alameda and San Mateo counties.

With local, state and federal COVID-19 health ordinances De Anza Appliance quickly shifted business practices. Technicians arrived at client’s homes with mask, gloves, and extra sanitization equipment. Some of the office staff shifted to remote or modified operations to encourage social distancing. All team members reporting to the office or field had temperatures measured prior to team or client contact. De Anza Appliances offers sales and installation for all of Insinekrator’s instant hot water dispensers and Badger and Evolution line of garbage disposals. Insinkerator offers a comprehensive replacement warranty for function of mechanical and electrical components varying depending on model. If you need warranty service please provide a model and serial number prior to scheduling. Household electrical and plumbing connections and foreign objects are not included in their warranty. Installation corrections are not covered unless installed by De Anza Appliance.
