Common appliance repair complaints and how De Anza Appliance resolves them

Posted in tip

Technicians may not arrive at scheduled time.  De Anza Appliance makes every effort to arrive at the time promised.  We schedule AM (8:00 am to 12:30 pm) or PM (12:30 pm to 5:00 pm).  The day of service that time frame can be reduced to a TWO HOUR window.  We also call the customer when we are on our way to the house.  In the event a technician is running behind schedule, we call and let you know in advance, to avoid having you from wait around.  If you are at work or another location from the repair, and can break away with a phone call, we can call you up to 30 minutes in advance so that you can meet us at the repair location.

Parts for appliances may take several days to arrive before appliance can be repaired.  De Anza Appliance pre-screens all its calls before we go out.  That way we can order the parts in advance before we go out.  If the customer approves the estimate we can fix it on the spot, the same day.  We realize that it is impossible to pre-screen sight unseen for every problem and every appliance, but we make every effort to do so.  It benefits both the customer our company to complete the job in ONE TRIP.
