When scheduling your appliance repair De Anza Appliance’s office team sets your appointment either morning 8:00am-12:30pm or afternoon 12:30pm-5:00 pm. De Anza Appliance’s Service Technicians call prior to arriving.
De Anza Appliance offers a 90 day warranty on appliance service call and parts. If the same problem repeats itself you would not be responsible for an additional service call. If the part installed is defective we will cover the cost of a replacement part.
