New Hours
Effective immediately De Anza Appliance extends it’s office hours to 7:30am to 5:30pm PST Monday through Friday. Recently, De Anza Appliance rehired Christina who worked with the team in Cupertino and Santa Clara locations from 2017 to 2019. Now Rita, our dispatcher, covers afternoon and weekend hours.
Customers seeking appliance repair can expect live call takers from 8am to 2:30pm and 4:00pm to 5:30pm. From 2:30pm to 4:00pm managers and parts team representatives will comb the inbox and voice message and returning calls within the hour. Though there aren’t scheduled live phone hours on the weekend Rita or managers might often be online and returning calls and emails.
